What PracticeSlot collects

PracticeSlot collects the information needed to run coach scheduling: coach account details, login email, coach mobile number, sport, location, ZIP code, public coach page content, availability, booking records, parent or guardian contact details, player first name or name entered at booking, notes supplied by the booker, confirmation codes, notification logs, and support or area-request messages.

How the information is used

We use this information to create coach portals, show available and booked practice times, confirm bookings, support changes and cancellations, send reminders and daily recaps, notify coaches about activity, prevent misuse, troubleshoot service issues, and track requested trainer areas.

SMS and email communications

When a coach enables messaging, PracticeSlot may send operational SMS or email messages for confirmations, reminders, booking changes, cancellations, account notices, and daily schedule summaries. Message and data rates may apply. Users can request help or opt out by contacting support, and future SMS workflows should include automated STOP/HELP handling through Twilio before broad launch.

Sharing and processors

PracticeSlot does not sell booking data. We may share limited information with service providers that operate the site and communications, such as hosting, database, email, SMS, security, analytics when enabled, and support tools. Coaches receive booking details for their own appointments.

Retention

Booking and notification records are kept as long as needed to operate schedules, maintain coach history, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and improve the service. You may request deletion where legally available.

Children and athletes

PracticeSlot is designed for parents, guardians, coaches, and trainers. Parents should enter only the information needed to schedule a session. Coaches should avoid requesting sensitive athlete information through booking notes.

Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on your location, including California, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information. You may also opt out of sale or sharing where applicable. PracticeSlot does not currently sell personal information.

Essential cookies and storage

PracticeSlot uses essential cookies and browser storage for account login, security, admin access entered by the owner, booking workflows, and remembering privacy choices. These are necessary for the service and cannot be turned off from the cookie banner.

Analytics and optional tracking

PracticeSlot does not need analytics tracking to schedule lessons. If analytics is added later, it should only load after the user accepts optional analytics cookies in the banner. Declining analytics will not block booking or coach portal use.

Third-party services

Operational providers may include IONOS hosting, MySQL database services, email delivery, Twilio SMS, geolocation or ZIP lookup services when requested, and security tooling. These services may process technical data needed to deliver their feature.

Requests we can process

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection to certain processing, or opt-out from sale or sharing where applicable. PracticeSlot does not currently sell personal information or collect payment data.

How to submit

Email phillipyang04@gmail.com with your name, contact email or mobile used on PracticeSlot, the coach portal or confirmation code involved, and the privacy request you want to make.

Verification

We may need to verify that the requester controls the email, mobile number, coach account, or booking confirmation before disclosing or deleting information.

Authorized agents

California residents may use an authorized agent where required by law. We may request proof of authorization and may still verify the request directly with the person involved.

Service role

PracticeSlot provides scheduling tools for coaches, trainers, parents, guardians, and athletes. PracticeSlot does not employ, supervise, background check, certify, insure, or collect payment for coaches or trainers.

Coach responsibilities

Coaches are responsible for accurate availability, rates, locations, policies, safety practices, qualifications, communications, tax obligations, and compliance with applicable youth sports, facility, privacy, and messaging rules.

Parent and visitor responsibilities

Visitors are responsible for entering accurate booking contact information, confirming coach details, following coach and facility rules, and changing or canceling appointments within the posted cutoff.

No payment collection

PracticeSlot does not collect lesson payments. Any payment arrangement is directly between the coach and the parent, guardian, athlete, or organization.

Availability

The service may change, pause, or be unavailable. Coaches should keep their own records for critical schedules and use the printable schedule as a backup.
